The Building

Designed by Turner Fleisher Architects, the 29-storey building rises from a wide 4-storey podium, creating an “L” shape and generating outdoor amenity space on the 5th floor. At ground level, a robust retail component animates the sidewalk, creating destinations as well as convenience for residents.

The building was inspired by a graceful sailboat, its gentle curves escalating towards the sky like a billowing sail in the breeze. The lightness of the building is striking; an effect enhanced by glass balconies in seamless ribbons that rise skyward. Oversized window walls enable magnificent views of the lake to the south and the City of Burlington to the north.
